Amazing staff remembered my name, but the wi-fi was spotty. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay with fantastic service, and I loved the beautiful updated decor of the rooms. However, the shower was way too tiny even for average-sized people.

Stylishly renovated from a former Best Western, the Italianesque boutique feel was delightful. Rooms featured super comfy beds and great bathrooms, with lovely patios overlooking serene courtyards. The staff were incredibly helpful, recalling my name and retrieving forgotten items without a hitch. The local Nagasaki rice at breakfast was a standout as well.

We had an awesome 2-night stay. The staff really made it special—they remembered my name and helped retrieve our forgotten toothbrushes. Our room had a nice view and was super comfy. The bar area was chill for drinks after a long day. The only bummer? The bathroom felt a bit tight for my liking.

The King Room with Courtyard View had a lovely patio perfect for morning coffee. Comfy beds ensured a great night's sleep. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and the hot tub was a nice touch. The staff were really helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations nearby. Breakfast had tasty options too, like fresh pastries and good coffee.
